All newly hired sales people must complete a 2-week program of vendor-sponsored product training and Sunshine Electronics sales and system training. Classroom training is followed by two to four months of hands-on sales experience in Sunshine Electronics retail showroom. Even after our salespeople are promoted to telephone sales, they participate in a continuing education program to keep them current on the latest products and technology.
