Ordered Sony 42" Plasma TV and wall mount. Was told it would ship after they arrange carrier in 2-4 days and was notified that it was infact shipping and did. Arrived to Mid-west in just 3 business day and scheduled delivery with the carrier. Delivered when said and in excellent condition. TV is awesome and was very very happy with the whole process. Now two weeks later I'm ordering a home theater system as well and with peace of mind. Shipping with insurance was very reasonable compared to another NY etailer I canceled my original order with.

I ordered the Sony WEGA KE-42XS910 Plasma TV and I love it - HDTV broadcasts are better than a movie theater, almost as if it was live. The price was only a little higher than the lowest sellers on the internet, and after reading through those low sellers ratings I chose to go with ShopSunshine.com because of their higher ratings and I'm gad I did, the service has been courteous, I was able to reach their customer service on more than one occasion as I arranged for delivery after my return from vacation. The in-home extended warranty was a hard sell but professionally done and well earned. I bought an awesome plasma from these guys. I was a little wary at first, but after doing reserach I decided to go for it. My concerns were that b/c best buy had it listed for 2300 more than these guys did, that the product would be a: stolen or b: refurbished. As far as I know, it was neither. It seems the product came factory direct, and brand new. I am very happpy w/ it, and would recommend to anyone..I bot the pioneer pdp-4340. Best buy had listed a pdp-4341. If u go on pioneers website, there is no such thing as a 4341...they do this, as i found out later, so people cannot price compete w/ them b/c they claim they offer a "different model" ehn in fact it is the same thing. The guy at best buy then went on to tell me, the 4341 has a better video processor. Bottom line:best buy liars, and more expensive. Shop sunshine, honest businessmen who just work for less of a profit. The delivery was made on time as scheduled….

Excellent buying experience. I purchased a Sharp 37" LCD- the sales rep was well informed and explained the differences between model numbers, etc. The transaction went smoothly but my only complaint is that it took 11 days to receive the unit due to a slow shipping company but the boxes were like new on arrival so they were handled with care. I certainly will buy from ShopSunshine again!!!
